Splash Day Party & Team Photos May 17 (Sat) 4:30 - 6:30

Hello Surfers! Our Splash Day Party is on Saturday, May 17th from 4:30 - 6:30 PM. This is a fun event for the kids and families - gratis! We will also be taking our team picture and individual photos.
The team will provide pizza, snacks, and drinks, and snow cones from Hey Sugar Sugar! Please RSVP through SwimTopia so we can get a rough headcount for food & drink planning.
Event details:
- 4:30 - 5:00 - Individual photos (can arrive earlier too)
- 5:00 - 5:15 - Team photo
- 5:15 - 6:30+ - Party time! Continue with individual photos, relay races, parent races, pool games, etc.
Photo ordering information:
Order online at http://vst.hhimagehost.com/SweetwaterSurfers25 (link will expire at 5/19/25 11:59 PM). Please print your receipt and bring to photographer. You can combine swimmers in your photos.
Order on paper forms - we will distribute these during practice and have some available on site at Splash Day.
We'll also have a table to pick up merchandise if you haven't picked it up at practice (t-shirt for the team photo!), and one for volunteer information.
