Meet 2 Entries & Information
Hello Surfers! Attached are several reports for Meet 2, along with the details provided by Meadows. Parking will primarily be in the neighborhood around the pool area. Please avoid the areas shown in their map. Address: 11975 Dorrance Lane, Meadows Place, TX 77477, located just north of US59 near Kirkwood.
Heat Sheet: Shows heat and lane assignments for each swimmer, sorted by event.
Athlete Check-In (aka Team Parent Sheets): shows events for each swimmer, sorted by age group. This is used to mark events on swimmers
Psych Sheet: Events shown by seed times for both teams.
Arrival Time: please arrive around 4:00 - 4:15 for mark-ups. Our Warm-up time is from 4:25 - 4:50.
Things to bring: team suit if you have one, goggles, towels, swim caps, portable chairs, hydration, & snacks / fuel. We will need to set up 12 tents, so any assistance with putting up and taking down tents is greatly appreciated.
Krystal Francis is the Meet Director for our team. We have an unusually large number of people who are not available for this meet due to travel, Clements HS graduation, etc. so any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Concessions: Meadows will have concessions for sale, including Cabo Bob's Burritos, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, nachos, and drinks.
Post-meet meal: Lazy Dog, 12223 Southwest Fwy, Stafford, TX 77477, if you're craving some dinner after the meet.
