If you are a new family, who referred you to the team?
Are you interested in volunteering in a key meet position? Positions will be assigned at a later date.
I acknowledge that I have read and my family will follow the safety protocols available at https://www.swsurfers.org/sites/s3_files
We will be conducting temperature checks. Athletes will on be permitted to enter the pool deck 10 minutes before their scheduled practice. Athletes should bring their own water to practices. Restroom use will only be for emergencies. We must have on-time drop off and pick up of all swimmers.
My children can swim across a 25 meter pool without the in-pool assistance of a coach.
As a parent of swimmers on the competitive team, I acknowledge that there is a requirement for 5 volunteer shifts to be completed per season during the meets (the team may lower the volunteer requirement depending on the number of registered families). If these shifts are not completed, a fee of $400 will be charged and/or registration for 2022 may be affected. For each shift that is not covered, you will be charged $60. Parents are responsible for filling a position if it is cancelled within 48 hours of the meet.
